Sign Up

Click Get Started. Sign up. Pay for your visit. We will then send your new patient forms to you via Email! We are only scheduling a few days out with the doctor. 

Get Scheduled

Within 24 hours of signing up, our office will reach out to you and get you scheduled. You will join a telehealth call with the doctor. We partner with Zoom for all of our telehealth visits. All of your information is safe and secure within our HIPPA protected system. 

Receive Your Medication

Within a few days of your appointment you will receive your medication directly to your doorstep from the pharmacy. We are here to support you through your healthcare journey. 

Refund Policy. Made Simple.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy:

To ensure a smooth and efficient cancellation process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellation Process:
    • All subscription cancellations must be submitted through our website cancellation form, available at: youglowmedspa.com/cancellation/.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 business hours before your next scheduled order processing date. Cancellations received within 48 business hours of the order processing date cannot be processed.
  2. Initial Commitment Period:
    • If you cancel your subscription within the initial 2-month commitment period, you will be required to pay the difference between the full price and the promotional price to cover the remaining balance. The additional cost is $74.95
  3. Important Notes:
    • No Refunds or Cancellations After Processing: If your script has already been processed, we cannot provide a refund or cancel the subscription.
    • Timing of Cancellation Requests: Cancellations cannot be processed if requested within 48 business hours of your next order processing date.

We will confirm your cancellation upon receipt of your form submission and may reach out to see if there’s anything more we can do to assist you.

Refund Policy:

  1. Consultation Fees:
    Once a patient has seen the physician, there are no refunds unless the physician deems the patient ineligible for the service.
  2. Order Processing:
    If your order has already been processed, refunds cannot be issued.

Do I have to pay for my medication separately?

Program costs displayed on our website include the medication cost if approved by your provider. For your convenience, you are only billed once per month for the total cost of the program.

If you need a copy of your invoice, simply login to your Elation Patient portal and you can request it and we can provide a medical necessity invoice for you.

How do I get my medication?

We work with a third party compounding pharmacy to process your prescription, if approved. Your medication will be mailed directly to your address we have on file.

If you would like to have your prescription filled by a different pharmacy our provider can fax your prescription into a pharmacy of your choice. Please email staff@youglowmedspa.com for further assistance.

Thank you for choosing us in your healthcare journey . We are committed to supporting you in your needs and providing excellent service. To ensure transparency and simplicity, we have made our refund policy as straightforward as possible.

Subscription Cancellation: You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription or change the next refill process date at any time. We understand that circumstances may change, and we are here to assist you. However, we kindly ask that you send us a clear request at least 48 hours prior to your next order process date. This allows us to process your cancellation efficiently. Please note that if you request cancellation after the pharmacy has already processed your order, we may be unable to provide a refund. You will send an email to staff@youglowmedspa.com, please include your first and last name as well as your full address. Additionally, we make it super simple to cancel by going to the front of our homepage. Either way, someone will handle the request and most likely reach out to you to see if there is anything we can change or help you with in the future.

Refunds: Once a patient has seen the physician, there are NO refunds unless you are ineligible as deemed by the physician. Once an order has sent to the pharmacy, we are unable to offer a refund. Once the product is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Do I need a prescription before I buy from Glow Medspa?

No, Glow Medspa’s doctor is licensed, and a medical consultation is included with each medical service. Each patient will receive a valid prescription which is sent to the pharmacy to be filled, if approved by physician. If you are deemed medically unqualified by the physician- you will be refunded immediately.

In accordance with FDA guidelines, a licensed healthcare provider must determine that you are medically qualified before prescribing any medication, including those that are commercially available.

For compounded medications, FDA regulations require that a provider must first determine that you have a valid medical need and that there is a clinical reason to prescribe a compounded version instead of the FDA-approved, commercially available drug. Compounded medications are only prescribed when medically necessary and tailored to meet the specific needs of the patient.

A prescription will only be issued if you meet all clinical criteria during the provider’s review process.

How long does it take to get my medication?

Once you have enrolled for medical services with Glow Medspa, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the pharmacy to process your prescription after your online medical consult, prescription approval.  The medication gets filled at the pharmacy, and the medication is sent to your home.
